All items are non-refundable. If you are not suitable for the items you receive, please return to the shop
to exchange the goods within 7 days of receiving the package.
The fashion item(s) to be exchanged must meet sellable condition, together with the original packaging.
Return the goods to the store with the SF Express.
The shipping cost is subject to payment and the return shipping and replacement shipping costs.
The value of the exchange must be at the same value or higher than the original value, and all regular-priced items
(except accessories, bags and shoes) are eligible for one-time exchange.

Delivery
We offer a delivery service for customers who make purchases at our stores, delivery service schedule is subject to the resources available :
Hong Kong SAR & Macau : Next day for requests made before 16:00
Mainland China : Subject to the appointed courier’s schedule.
All orders are delivered in working days (Monday to Saturday, except Sunday and public holidays).
Free delivery is available for La Perouse boutique by membership level and amount.
For all other orders, additional delivery fee will be required subject to the destination and order weight.
